Flagler Eye Care is a locally owned and operated family business established in 1950 by William E. Johnston. His son, R. Scott Johnston and his wife Maria Cristina still operate the family business since 1981. We offer fast, friendly service with state of the art equipment, where quality and comfort is our number one priority.
